Today, Febe passed away. She was Tanya’s cat since before Tanya met Elliott. She was a good cat.

Aiden liked to chase her around Baba’s house. Febe probably didn’t like that very much, but she found some good hiding places to stay safe. She was the first cat that I (Elliott) ever really spent any time around (even though I got the feeling she disapproved of me “taking mommy away from her”.)

She became Grandma Lidiya’s “baby” after Tanya moved out, and Grandma never missed an opportunity to feed or baby her.

We’ll miss you, Febe!!!

Grandpa Ron just told us that every time we visit, about a day or two later, he finds some toys left stashed away in secret hiding spots. Just this last time, he found an animal-man behind the cabinet, way in the back, standing up, ready to attack.

He looks for them them all the time and he’s thrilled when he finds them–cause he knows they’re out there!

Aiden has taken to adding “NOT” to the end of words he doesn’t want to do.

“Do you want to take a bath?”
“Take a bath NOT”

“Do you want to eat a hot dog?”
“Eat a hot dot NOT”

“Do you want to go to the store?”
“Go to store NOT”

“Do you want a cookie?”
“Cookie…..YEAH!”
